Working from home, but still making time to meet up!

We swapped our home offices for a cozy café meetup. Even though we have gone fully remote, we know the value of in-person brainstorming. A few hours, some great coffee, and tons of ideas for our new baby - uHeadless - were born.

We stay heavy — no matter where we are

In 2024, we began exploring remote work since it was something we all desired. That’s why we’ve made a big decision: We are heavy is now a fully remote company. It feels like exactly the right step. We do our best work when we have the freedom to shape our daily lives, and we’ve seen that collaboration and team spirit don’t suffer from the distance – quite the opposite.
